About Vroomshoop Meubelen B.V.
Vroomshoop Meubelen B.V., in short Vroomshoop, is a well-known Dutch manufacturer of baby-bedrooms, bedroom furniture, box spring beds and an own mattress collection.
Since 65 years are we into bedrooms, all time up-to-date in style, market needs an expectation and customer wishes. But one element stays constantly stable: Our product’s quality. Our collection is designed to fulfill the needs of our customer groups, from baby till senior and to offer safe, durable and comfortable bedrooms.
Our most important market are the Netherlands, where we are market leader in the range senior-bedrooms. But export is getting more and more important for Vroomshoop. Our export partners sit mainly within the European Union. The customers seek for the "Dutch Design" by Vroomshoop, not only because of the high quality of our products and materials in use, also because of the service orientation.
Our company in Vroomshoop is a production facility of almost 50.000 m². About 130 motivated members of staff contribute to the products and the company.
Every year, we invest in new, mainly computer-based machines (CNC), in order to keep the quality en efficiency on its high level. Examples of those investments are CNC lathes, professional buzz saws and two UV light lacquer coating streets for an environmental friendly production without toxic chemicals.
Product quality
The most important points for our sales-customers to promote the products is the high quality for a reasonable price, combined with a modern design.
Aspects of quality of our products:
- Vroomshoop baby bed frames of course achieve the European norm EN 716-1/2, regarding product safety.
- Most of the front ends are made of lacquer coated MDF. The used lacquer is toxic-free and is used environmental-friendly processed. So babies do not come in contact with toxic substances if they lick the furniture.
- All the processed MDF and chipboard is from high density (670 en 770kg/m³) en achieves the European norm E1. That guaranties a stable and durable product.
- The hinges and fittings are from a high quality, for example by Hettich
- The products usually come knocked-down and securely packed in cardboard end/or wrapped in air cushion films and marked with a barcode.
- Our handy assembly instructions with pictures helps you to assembly your furniture easily.
Product development
In order to achieve our goals of comfortable and functional bedrooms, Vroomshoop invest a lot in product development:
- the "growth adaption baby room"
The baby room that growth with your child. The drawer chest from the toddler time can be modified into a desk for the pupil. The wardrobe can be taken over into the teenager room. Only necessary item is the teenager bed, that makes bedroom is complete.
- The Intraline®, the box spring bed frame
The ultimate comfort in laying of a complete box spring bed combined with the convenience of a movable bed frame, that is the unique combination of Intraline. The Intraline box spring is 17cm strong and sits on a frame on wheels which together forms the bed frame. This unique construction is patented by Vroomshoop.
The Intraline box spring bed frame is an amazing option for customers with high demands on comfort and relaxation.
